Iam interested to know if i can design a slanting reinforced concrete beam as shown in figure below, and perform its deflection check.
This can not be done in RCDC because RCDC design beams at a constant height
One solution for the design would be to design the beam as horizontal and split the vertical load on the slope into a vertical and horizontal load on the beam.

You can apply this in STAAD.Pro by applying a Member Load - Uniform Force in Direction X (Local).
my ramp has side beams which supports the ramp, i can resolve plate load to be Pcos(theta) that will be my vertical plate load which can be assigned as GY or Locally Z direction, what about my horizontal plate load which is Psin(theta) how will i apply it on the plate?

You have the option in Add New : Load Items, for Plate Loads, to add Pressure on Full Plate in Local X or Local Y axis.
