Hi all the staad reference load is necessary for checking the soft stories. But I have a doubt while defining reference loads the live load has to reduce as per the specified code or we have to assign full live load in the reference loads? Because the story stiffness is changing if it is 100% live load and if it is reduced live load. Kindly confirm whether the full live load has to define in the mass based reference load or reduced live load as per the code.
