94 times deflection failure, can't see where program is getting the deflection from.

Hello,

I have a large steel industrial building that I am only trying to do a deflection check on in this model. The strength design is done in a different model under AISC 2016. This deflection model is under AISC 2010 as I have been directed by coworkers that there is a bug or something with the 2016 version showing deflection incorrectly. My problem is that I am getting a failure in one small portion of a beam only, and it is 94 times the allowable deflection, and for a combination that is not the worst case combination. The member is not failing in any other way that I can see. Any input would be greatly appreciated! 

Also, sorry for a messy command file, this is my first structure in STAAD and it just so happens it's very very irregular as well.
