The output file shows V(D+L) = 0 . As we calculate in case of Sway 1.2 DL+1.2 LL.

There is an offset reading issue found in RCDC where in when offsets are assigned to beams in StAAD model, offsets is not getting read in RCDC. This issue is already addressed in upcoming release which will be available to users max by July 15th.
As a temporary work around we suggest you to kindly ignore the offsets that are assigned to beams in your staad model and then design in RCDC. All the beams will then pass.

As per your suggestion I ignored the offsets that are assigned to beams in staad model. The members are passing in RCDC. But Still in the RCDC Beam Design Report it shows zero values in case of plastic hinge shear calculations. Please check the output file for any group (especially for sway shear, V(D+L)

HiI would suggest you to select LL load case as "Live load" instead of "Reducible live load". refer below snap,reducible live load is not applicable to planner elements Beams and slabs. Thus, it is not recommended to select Live load as reducible for beams design. It is applicable to column and footing where it can be reduced % wise based on the number of story supported above. it is based on IS 875 code.if you select it as a Live load, it will show correct result as per your requirements. refer below snap,
