At least one span of this beam has length < 3 times depth. Deep Beams are not included in this implementation..

I would recommend you to perform the concrete design in the Advanced Concrete Design workflow (RCDC) in STAAD.Pro CE as the RC Designer module has been deprecated some time ago.
