Limon is now integrated into Microstran. is there any way that i use limcon outside of microstran. for example i have bolt group or welds that i would like to check that the new integration makes it very limited.

Limcon is a deprecated product, so I would suggest you to use a RAM Connection application which is capable of performing even more tasks than Limcon (including the checks of the bolt groups or welds).
