I exported a Ram Structural Model to RAM Connection and I wondered how I could assign a beam splice connection at a certain point of a beam even if I do not have a joint there? See the image below.
There is no way to do that without a joint. Using Ram Connection Stand-Alone and the moments at that location taken from the RAM SS Analysis is your best bet IMO.
