RAM Elements Concrete Beam Design Output

Question

I have a structural foundation using structural slab and grade beams set on drilled CIP concrete piers. I've modeled the slab as a shell element and is being carried by beams. I originally built this model in RSS and have exported to RAM Elements to use the shell FEM. However, I'm having trouble understanding the RC Beam Design Output report. Searching I found this:

 But my report does not look like this as add'l lines are added and it doesn't seem to make much sense to me (report w/ screenshot attached). Can someone please point me in the right direction of how to read this report correctly?

 Those extra lines are per the units of the header:

A.left, A.cent and A.right are the required top and bottom area of reinforcement for the left, central, and right &lsquo;zones&rsquo;. 
 Where no inflection point occurs along a beam the reinforcing indicated for the center &lsquo;zone&rsquo; (A. Cent) applies to the entire length of the beam. Based on the above description the I.P.left and I.P.right are 0.0 in this case. That is, the steel shown in the A.cent is required from 0.0 away from J end of beam (i.e. left end of beam) to 0.0 away from K end of beam (i.e. right end of beam).

 As for your example, there is only one Inflection Point so there is not a way to calculate the 3 zones.
