Property Reduction factor - Code Specific

Question

Hi Sir, 
 I am trying to define Property reduction factor (Code Specific) for columns and beams as per IS 1893-2016 and getting this error while running the analysis. 
 *ERROR* STAR FILE MGR. ERROR NO. 6 DETECTED BY LIBREAD 
 THIS ERROR MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY INPUT DATA ERRORS OR PROGRAM LOGIC ERRORS. 
 *** ERRORS IN SOLVER *** 
 
 STAAAD Pro Version used : 'STAAD.Pro Advanced CONNECT Edition - Version 22.01.00.39'

The way this error is occurring is when we have the following scenario: 
 If and only if any non-IS1893 2016 RS load type is defined within the same load case in which a IS1893 2016 RS load case is present and if that non IS1893 2016 RS load item is defined before the RS load type, then this error is occurring. 
 Example: 
 MEMBER CRACKED CODE IS1893 2016 
 3 REDUCTION RIY 0.7 RIZ 0.7 
 1 2 REDUCTION RIY 0.35 RIZ 0.35 
 DEFINE IS1893 2016 LOAD 
 ZONE 0.24 RF 3 I 1 SS 1 ST 1 DM 0.05

 1 WEIGHT 1000 
 LOAD 1 SS 
 1893 Load X 1.2 
 LOAD 2 DL 
 JOINT LOAD 
 1 FX 10 
 LOAD 3 RS 
 JOINT LOAD

 SPECTRUM SRSS IS1893 2016 X 0.04 DAMP 0.05 
 SOIL TYPE 1 
 There is one workaround for this issue: 
 Define the other load items after the RS load item 
 Example: 
 LOAD 3 RS 
 SPECTRUM SRSS IS1893 2016 X 0.04 DAMP 0.05 
 SOIL TYPE 1 
 JOINT LOAD 
 1 FX 10

Automated stiffness reduction analysis is not supported by the basic solver. STAAD.Pro Advanced is required for this feature.

IS1893 2016 Clause 6.4.3 calls for a reduction of moment of inertia values by 0.35 for beams and 0.7 for columns of concrete members only while analyzing the structure for static seismic and response spectrum/linear dynamic analysis. 
 Code-specific reduction factors will not affect non-concrete members. A separate stiffness matrix is generated for the use of IS1893 2016 static seismic and response spectra loads. For all other load cases, the analysis is performed using the unreduced stiffness matrix.
