Why is such kind of loading diagram shown when I apply floor load.

I ran your model on the latest version of STAAD.Pro CE (22.07.00.160) and the floor load seems to be generated fine. So try to upgrade to this version and see if this solves the issue.

Yes, I sometimes see that the floor load areas look strange in the GUI. However, sometimes it look OK. Anyways, try to run the analysis and go to the Postprocessing workflow, Reactions page and check the Statics Check Results table. You will see that the applied load is reasonable (if we leave floor load in the Reference Load #1 only) for the Load Case 5, so it seems that floor load is generated on the members correctly.
