Is there a way to model openings in RAM Concept?

No. You can segment the wall and leave out the wall segment over the opening. Then model a beam there.

Follow up question! If I model the wall in RAM SS, have openings in it, add line load and point loads on the wall. I model a MAT footing (MAT strip below the wall) in RAM SS and import the model to RAM Concept. How will the point loads translate in RAM Concept? Will it come in as point loads on the MAT or will it get distributed through the length of the wall, based on the triangular load distribution?
The wall is still imported as a solid with an equivalent line load reaction, so for walls with large door openings, I would suggest the segmented wall approach in RAM SS. Use a beam across the gap (over the opening) unless it's a very deep lintel in which case you can add a story and leave out the wall on the lowest story only.
Well, it is an existing CMU wall with openings. I want to model it as an equivalent concrete wall, therefore I can import it into the RAM Concept. We are only adding a story above that level, which is imposing additional point loads on to that wall. The wall has small and large openings. I am interested in studying the stresses around the openings and Bearing pressures on the existing strip footing below the wall. I am not quite sure I follow the reason behind the segmented wall approach in RAM SS
If the walls are segmented in Ram SS each is a separate object in Concept and each has a load. Then you can delete a segment easily, for example. You can also replace the walls with more accurate walls/piers after importing to Concept.
