Another option to try. If you are going to install SFA 9.6, do it with Administrative rights (right click on the installer and select Run As Administrator). Talk to your IT guy if you need help.

If you are not installing 9.6, then, uninstall whatever version you have, and re-install it with Administrative rights using the same method described above.

Did you get a chance to implement the suggestion by Modestas to install 9.6.0.62? If not, could you try that?

If V9.6 too fails to start up, one of our technical support engineers would have to speak to you. If you can post a service ticket, one of them will get in touch with you.

What is the version of the Windows operating system on your machine?

I do not have a previous version installed on my machine, so I could not check that.

If you are not using SFA version 9.6.0.62, then please upgrade to it. Also, copy that sfa model to a new folder in your local hard disk and run the analysis again. The model runs fine at my end with version 9.6.0.62.
