i cannot seem to resolve the error in this model made. can someone help me out. i do have a couple of warnings too but i think that won't cause much of an issue?
Some members do not have properties assigned. You can identify these members by going to Select -> Missing Property -> Missing Property.
Also, node 181 seems to be an orphan node which should be deleted from the model.
Warnings related to the moving load can be ignored, I think.
The last warning says that selfweight is not assigned to all structure, so I might want to double check that.
i can't seem to relise a missing property , every member has been assigned one. and i can't assign a property to the deck as it 's a deck i just assigned the plate thickness after creating a plate.
Did you attach the same model which you were talking about? I do not see any error about the ''no define direct data".

The only problems in your model were the unassigned properties and the orphan node that Modestas has pointed out. I assigned some arbitrary properties to the beams and removed the orphan node and the analysis seems to run fine now. Direct data is only required if you are trying to carry out a Direct Analysis. At any point of time were you trying to run a Direct Analysis on this model? If so you may get the error but if you run a PERFORM ANALYSIS, you should not be getting such errors. A modified file is attached for your reference. Try analyzing this file and see if you still get the same error or not 1452.d deck final_rev.std
