It appears the RAM Connection gusset plate connection HSS column checks are still referencing AISC chapter K1, which was mostly moved to chapter J in the 2016 version of the AISC spec.
Is there a timeline for these being updated?

I see. Do you know if the equations changed in any way other than the location in the manual?
On closer inspection, it appears the first "chord wall plastification" check is a hold over from the previous 360-10 code. The second check in the snip above appears correct, p9-16 of the manual is referenced by Ch J10.10 for forces on plate elements but I think Eq9-29 should also be checked as Ch J10.10 mentions both yield line theory and punching shear model in the user note.
The U calculation in the second check is currently incorrect and needs to be updated to reference p9-15.
