Unable to start STAAD Pro Connect Edition V22 Update 7

Hi.

I recently got access to the student license of STAAD Pro. It was working well until last few days. The application is not starting. Below given screen appears and then there is no further movement in the loading. I tried re-installing the application again from the website but the same screen appears and I am not able to start the application. My windows version is Windows 11 Home x64bit operating system. Please guide what should I do?.
