[Error & Warning] Cross section spacing is too small and Strip very narrow?

Question

So, when I generate the strip, I received this error, and after the process is done, I received a few warnings saying my design strip-strip very narrow. Are they related? What caused this error and how can I fix them? 
 The warnings point to a few strips shown below:

If the span is not very long, and the minimum number of divisions is fairly large, then that will result in very closely spaced sections. Revise the span segment to be longer or revise the segment spacing properties. 
 In your second picture, the span segment appears just left of the wall so it's not generating any strip to the right. Adjust the ends (or eliminate this strip along a wall).
