Right-click on STAAD.Pro icon and select the option 'run as administrator'; does this help?

If not, uninstall STAAD.Pro, delete the folder STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition from the machine and reinstall STAAD.Pro.

If you are not using the latest one (Version:22.07.00.160), and you are current in select, download and install the latest version. While installing right-click on the file and select 'run as administrator'; though you may be the administrator for the machine.

Have you tried restarting the machine and running STAAD.Pro?

Try to rename folder 'STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition' into 'STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition_1' in the folder C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Bentley\Engineering\ and see if this solves the issue.

Based on the screenshot it appears the error is related to the product, rather then to the license.
