Why I cant run the Staad.Pro?

This appears when I try to run the Staad Pro and I dont know what to do, someone help please.

 Based on the screenshot it appears the error is related to the product, rather then to the license.

Try to rename folder 'STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition' into 'STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition_1' in the folder C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Bentley\Engineering\ and see if this solves the issue.
