There are canopies that are cantilevering from columns. Is it possible to apply point load to the column in RAM structural?
The location of the point load on the columns will be between each level.

There are two kinds of point loads in Ram Structural System.
Gravity loads point loads can be placed in Modeler, plan view. Start with Property table - Loads - Point loads.... Otherwise, Nodal Loads can be modeled in the Modeler - Elevation View. Start with Property table - Lateral loads - Nodal loads... but these can only be applied at nodes. You can introduce additional nodes in a column by adding an intermediate story (a story with columns and walls only, no beams).
