It seems you are using PLG parameter in Euro code without using polish annex. If that is the case check if you have used parameter "NA 6" or not. If not try using NA 6.

I see. I used NA (9) - Malaysia NA. After changing to NA 6, it shows "WARNING: MTH PARAMETER IS INVALID" which related to LTB reduction. It means Poland NA doesnt consider this parameter?
Poland annex does support MTH parameter. can you please upload the STAAD file for a quick check.

You have used MTH parameter twice for all the elements. Now STAAD will read the second one i.e. MTH 2. As MTH 2 is applicable for I section only, the program throws warning for channel sections where it encounters MTH2. Delete the MTH2 parameter and then it will work fine.y
