I'm looking at different STAAD files and need to know if I can figure out the exact time of creating these files in order to know if someone has copied someone else's job?

If the files are sent to someone then no time track is there. If you check the files in the system and the folder where they have been created originally then you will be able to know the creation time. Once the files are moved to other system or folder, it shows the time of copying or moving as time created.

You can check this info going into file section.
