I am building an Elements model to analyze and existing structure, specifically a concrete dome. Based on the existing drawings (which are from 1940), there is some intricate reinforcing detailed within the structure. There are reinforcing hoops which arc around the dome, almost like flower petals. Is there a way to asign specific and/or specialized reinforcing to shells so that I can check the stresses in the shell? Or will it only tell me the area of reinforcing required in each axis?
