I come across this error after I updated to Microsoft 365.

for information, my RAM Connection version is V.13 update 5.Thanks in advance.
Does this occur as well for Excel?
For a recent case related, try uninstalling MS Word, performing a clean installation of RAM Connection and/or RAM Elements, (know that version v13.06 of Connection and v16.05 of Elements are available now) and reinstall MS Word (and/or Excel) get the reports working.
Worth checking too if in the Control Panel more than one version of MS Word/Excel installed.
We had another user with the issue claim that it magically fixed itself. We theorize that there was an Office update through MS Office 365 that resolved it.
