Exception[access violation]Raised! Aborting Analysis

Question

I receive this error: "Exception[access violation]Raised! Aborting Analysis" when trying to run a model with STAAD Pro Connect. It has a concrete roof deck modeled as plates. When I added the plates this is when the file received the error. It worked before they were added. 
 One of my co-workers has STAAD Pro V8i and the file will run with no problem. 
 
 I have STAAD Pro Connect Edition V22, Update 7 (Version 22.07.00.160)

Try to add a command SET NL 288 into the input file right before the line JOINT COORDINATES, where 288 is the amount of total load cases + load combinations used in the model.

Hello, 
 This was a known bug for version 22.10.00.153 and has been fixed against Bug#872540. You can try the file in the latest version 22.12.00.156 where you will find the fix.
