I am currently designing a retaining wall in Ram Elements stand alone option. When I started the design I was able to manually change the reinforcing size and spacing after running a check. Now, for some reason, I am unable to find the function or screen that allows me to do that.
Have I changed some setting inadvertently or has there been an update that prevents me from doing that now?
This is a critical option that I need. Please help me figure out how to get this back.

You can either re-optimize the file, or you can modify the reinforcing on the Detailing tab/menu. There are also tool above the spreadsheet to enter/generate rebar.
