Still no utilization, same message. I modified my input to look like this:

CODE ALUMINUM
ALCLAD 1 ALL
PRODUCT 2 ALL
ALLOY 34 ALL
WELD 1 ALL
STRUCTURE 1 ALL
CHECK CODE ALL
FINISH

The software is not able to find matching combinations for what you are specifying when looking up the tables in the Aluminum Design manual. The table references are provided in the wiki that I referred to. Please check those.
