Were can I download the updates
I go around in circles with this
I seem to constantly have the same issue.
The user cannot download to install (no local admin rights)
If I log on as admin then It fails to connect and download.
Again I ask can my email address be added so I receive the download links when updates are released.
Currently you only seem to have the default of our admin email account
Please note I have requested this be updated previously .

and again I ask to be added to the Product Download role
for 2 years I have asked for this and for 2 years I hit the same issue...... either Add me or add my email address to the notification!
Why is this made so difficult?
Difficult because the power to add users and grant roles lies with the account admin. Most of the technical support people for the product support can't do this for you.
