I GET STUCK ON THE STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS AND ITS BEEN 4 HRS STILL NOT MOVING IS THIS NORMAL?

The message "Using Out-of-core Basic Solver" in the analysis window shows that the matrix inversion is being done using the slower solver. Switch to the Advanced solver if you have a license for it. If not, get hold of the current version and get the faster solver. You are using version 20.07.11.90 which comes under the category called a V8i version, and that version has reached the "end of support" stage.
