Define the Europe sections and materials as default

is there a way to define the Europe sections and materials as default in RAM connection?

Set the design code first, then add your joint. Sections and materials should default to the country associated with the selected code. 
 
 Also set the units and make sure you are using the latest version (13.06.01.12 as of this post). The program also keeps track of the sections used previously which helps.
