I see none of these issue when I opened the same slab from CPT. There could be some latency due to the location of the working directory, or the available space on that drive, or some virus scanner or firewall is causing interference. Regardless, pulling out the Concept file and using it stand-alone is a fine alternative (even preferable IMO).
