I am designing a mat foundation for a building column that is eccentric from the foundation centerline due to existing conditions. I have dead, live and snow loads which should be producing soil bearing pressure but the results show 0 psf. Only the wind and EQ load cases have results for the bearing pressures which seem to be correct. Why isn't Ram Concept giving results for the dead, live and snow loads for bearing pressures?
This is a plotting issue that will be resolved in an upcoming patch release. In the meantime, you can get the pressure to display by opening the Plot Settings dialog (Plot menu - View or right click within plan and select Plot) and then immediately closing the dialog without making any changes.
The plans you mention are currently setup to plot the max context results for the load combination. However, only the standard context results are available for the load combination. Opening and closing the Plot Settings dialog forces RAM Concept to automatically reset the context.
