&lt;p&gt;I checked as per your instruction but beam no 43 is failing as per eq h.3.8 and beam 45 is safe even as per equation 0.6fy the coming stress is less than 0.6*355=213mpa .Why beam 43 is failing then.Kindly explain.&lt;/p&gt;
