I am unsure where the output is referencing these highlighted below. I don't understand what "Table 4.1a.Case1" or "Cl.E3" references to. The references to Eq. E3-4 are in the appendix of the steel manual. But I can't find the others.
I think that's just the main Clause E3 from the spec, not the appendix or commentary per se.
