I have a situation in the RAM SS systems where loading condition & framing is similar for a beam joist, but the reaction at the ends are different.
When I see the loading diagram, it also shows a weird point loads, which is not matching with the basic tributary calculation.
Please help me on this issue.

The point load is associated with the hanging columns on Level 2, which transfer load onto the members that support them at the Roof level. See image below which shows Level 2 as a Reference Layout on the Roof Layout. Considering the transferred hanging column loads, the reactions look correct to me.
