Hello , can anyone help me in correcting my model ?
most of the columns are failing in lowest part i.e from foundation to plinth level . i have tried everything like increasing sizes and providing RFACE command but unable to understand the issue that
why there is so much of moment in lowest part of columns while there is no or less moment in above parts .
Please help me with the solution or can you please check my model and correct it so that my columns will get pass .

i don't have RCDC . So please if you can help me from this stadd file only , as it would be very helpfull for me .
Ok but its advised to use Advanced Concrete Design(RCDC) to design beams, slabs, columns and footings
Which version of Staad Pro are you using?and which design code do you prefer to use, concrete grade and steel grade?

design code - Indian standard IS456 & IS800
concrete gradeM30 used for columns and beams
steel grade FE500
