I am trying to transfer a STAAD file to AutoPipe, but it stops and say not define !!!. I hope someone from Bentley can help me not like the last time for my previous comment on ISM missing US steel sections; no help or response from Bentley yet after 3 weeks.
I don't recognize this script editor screen. To export a model to AutoPIPE you should use the Piping mode, basic steps below:
Full documentation: communities.bentley.com/.../01-how-do-i-import-a-model-from-staad-to-autopipe
Example files installed with AutoPIPE, also here: communities.bentley.com/.../272214
If that does not work for you, then we'll probably need all the details from your machine; Version of Staad, Version of AutoPIPE, Version of PipeLink and your steps.
As usual, get the typical questions but not answers, although I mentioned above in the title the version 22.10 and i wonder why Autopipe version if the STAAD itself doesn't create .ntl at all what is the relation of the AutoPipe version. I got how to import file where i am using the software for more than a decade.
I solved it, The structure has member number higher than 10000 as it is part of a big structure and i cut the section where i have piping, so i renumber nodes and members, once it is less than 10000 it transferred it.
