I am designing isolated footings. However, the flexure rebars' spacing are not consistent with the calculation sheet and the drawing. How do I resolve this? What spacing value should I follow?

Are you saying that the value in the calculation sheet does not match the value shown in the drawing?
If so, use the value shown in the calculation sheet.

Yes. That's what I meant. By the way, in the attached SFA file, some of the footing has a different number of reinforcement bars in the x and z direction. Is there a way in SFA to make the number of bars in both direction equal?
The number of bars for the X and Z directions are going to be equal only if the footing dimensions as well as the bending moments are the same for the two directions.
