Actual ratio button not working

The "actual ratio" button, which list beam utilizations in descending order, is not working. How can I fix this? It works on my colleagues computer, with the same edition (22.08.00.175).

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Close all STAAD applications.
    2. In Windows Explorer go to the following location C:\Users\<User.Name>\AppData\Local\Bentley\Engineering where <user.name> will be your name or the user who is using STAAD.
    3. There will be a folder named “STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition”. Rename the folder to “STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition_1”.
    4. Restart the application by right-clicking on the STAAD.pro desktop icon and selecting the option “Run as administrator”.

    Also, if your account is in SELECT, plan on upgrading to the latest version 22.10.00.153.

    Thanks. I have tried this, but unfortunately this didn't work. We have also tried re-installing STAAD.Pro, with different versions as well. Can the issue be outside STAAD.Pro, with another computer setting? I see when I push the button that the table "flashes" slightly. So there is a reaction somehow, only that it does not rearrange the beam utilization from beam number to utilization order...
