Just to inquire if there is already a circular baseplate design with circular bolt arrangement in the latest ram connection software? If not yet, can it be requested to be added in the next version? TIA.
Yes, circular base plates are available in the most recent RAM Connection version 13 Update 7.

Version 13.07.00.187 is a standalone version or RAM Connection CE.
How do we access the circular base plate option? I am on 13.7, and still only have the rectangular plate option (ie can only input plate depth and width, with no option to change base plate shape).
This option is available with Pinned BP - HSS Member template available under AISC code baseplates.
After assigning this template you need to change the shape to circular as shown below.

Is there an option to provide a circular shape foundation(pedestal) below the circular shape base plate
We can have a circular base plate in RAM Connection, but not a circular pedestal. Pedestal can be rectangular only.
