Does "RAM Connection Standalone" or "STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition V22 Update 10" calculate the stiffness of the steel connections to be applied accordingly in order to achieve more accurate design analysis of the structure?

No, joint stiffness is not calculated neither by RAM Connection nor by STAAD.Pro.
