Thank you for your reply! Please help me properly connect my plates to my beams/columns. I have been struggling with this for a month now. Can it simply not be done with my model? All I want to do is properly mesh nodes 25-37-39-27 & 26-41-43-36.

The main reason is the lack of beam plate connectivity. If you have plates, beams/columns and beam ends in a same plane then you should match the beam ends with plate corner nodes. Here, this is not happening. So, you need to establish proper connectivity between beams/columns and plates.
