With reference to above subject, i would like to know why in staad pro software we have to define seismic load (static Load) always as first load case then followed by other load cases. Where as RSA seismic load (Dynamic Load) can be defined at any load case number???? Please help/explain in this matter....

Every software has its internal logic to handle the input provided by the users. So, there are some predefined sequence which we need to abide by. This is also an example of the same. Though Static seismic and response spectrum both are seismic load, program handles them differently. It has no relation with the sequence of the load case.
