It's definitely a different work flow than we are used to as desktop users. I'm glad it is working for you.

Yes, I'd hit save previously. And I'd not logged out and had logged in on the 2nd Hilti popup. But I didn't realize I needed to go the Hilti Profis website separately. I was expecting something more like an input dialog or something in RAM. Now that I've read the message in the screenshot again more carefully, I see that I need to go there and look for a file import panel. Apparently all my attempts yesterday are there in the form of import messages...

Hi Jason,

Within PROFIS, when you checked the setting to import from RAM, did you exit that dialog with the Save button. I had a similar problem and exiting using Save fixed it.

Within RAM Foundation, what happens when you click Ok in that "Please log in again" dialog? That should bring up with Hilti login dialog but first you will see a dialog displayed briefly that has a "Logout" button. Just ignore that and wait for the login dialog.
