Could you please send me the excel spreadsheet for importing data to Staad foundation advanced. I do not have it in the software folder in my computer. It would be really helpful!!

Spreadsheets are different for different type of foundation. You can get the spreadsheets from within SFA for each type. For eg. if you need a spreadsheet for isolated foundation, open any isolated foundation in your machine and use "export to spreadsheet"option. The file will be saved as a .xml file. Now open Microsoft Excel in your machine and browse to the folder where you saved the .xml file and open it in excel.
