Hello,
I am getting an error when I click on new file or open a file on STAAD Foundation Advanced. The error says "Attempted an unsupported operation". I tried to run as administrator but the problem is not resolved. Please help. Also this is a fresh install of the program.
If your copy of STAAD Foundation Advanced is under maintenance, please uninstall the old version and upgrade to 09.07.01.139. You may need assistance from the IT group.

If you are a non-select user, uninstall the software and reinstall it. While installing right-click on the file and select the option "Run as administrator" .
