Did you save the file in a version older than v17.03.01 before noticing the crash? If so, the issue below which was fixed in v17.03.01 is the likely source:

Thank you! Is this a known issue where an update to the model version removes materials properties?

The gravity wall on Level 2 is defined with an Elastic Modulus of 0 (see image below). Use RAM Modeler - Layout - Walls - Change Properties to assign an appropriate E to that wall segment to resolve the problem.

I believe you are using the latest version i.e. V17.04.01. If not please upgrade and check. There was a same issue with older version. See below details.
