I want to design below joint connection as per AS4100 in RAM Connection but it seems there is not any options to assign a fully welded joint connection for a hunched member. I am wondering if you can help me to find an appropriate connection or advise any other design code that has this future ?

I don't think that we have such connection template in RAM Connection. Some codes (EC3, BS5950, IS800) have the haunch connections, but with the end plates rather than fully welded.
