OWSJ Analysis and Design in STAAD Pro

Hi All. Recently I have been trying to analyze and model an OWSJ. Fortunately I have joist loads and member forces from the manufacturer to compare my results with. But despite multiple tries, I'm not able to get same results (which should be the case). I would appreciate it if you could respond to following queries. 

1. Per CANAM Joist Tables, many of the angle and U sestions used are not available in the STAAD Pro library. But when I tried to define a section using use defined table option the analysis did not proceed due to an error "Unable to read table". How can I adress this issue? You can show me by defining member U1x1.1x0.118 from this manual https://www.canam-construction.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/15-3296-canam-joist-girder-catalogue-canada-mise-a-jour-07-2015web4.pdf.

2. The member forces I'm getting are within 10% of those obtained from CANAM design. However, for secondary webs, the difference is huge (upto 65%). Why is this happening? |

3. Desite the fact that the member forces are compareable to the manufactuirers results, the utility ratio I'm getting from STAAD vary greatly. Why is this? I'm using CSA S16 design code.
