Side plate used as beam reinforcement

 Please advise if this type of beam reinforcement can be done in STAAD.

There is not specific tool to model such stiffeners in STAAD.Pro. However, you may model such cross section in the Section Wizard and import it into STAAD.Pro as a General section and assign it to required beams. 
 If you model the beam from plates rather than members, then you can model such stiffeners from plates as well.
