I'm trying to open a coworkers zip file so I have the sections that they are using. I get a message that the "unzipped folder is read-only. Unable to create table..." is there any fix for this?

Ram elements.
Make sure the .zip file is in a fully shared folder. If it's still a problem, you could try to extract the files and open the .retx file directly.
